Chef Laura Frangiosa‘s most recent culinary pit stop before opening The Avenue Delicatessen was serving as chef in residence at Audrey Claire’s COOK, a demonstration kitchen in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of center city Philadelphia. At COOK Laura was able to spread her wings and embrace a wide variety of food, sometimes designing menus purely based on her hungry imagination, and at other times refining her food to meet the demands of hungry patrons for private events. Laura brings this same sense of delight and joy to her food at The Avenue.
